Handling Times

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days once we have received confirmation through our website. 

Please note that during busy periods, it can take us anywhere up to 48 hours longer to ship your order.

Standard: 2-6 Business Days.

Express: 1-3 Business Days.

We use Australia Post as our courier service. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive confirmation that contains a tracking number.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over the value of $50 AUD. 

For orders under this amount we offer standard and express shipping.
Both services are charged at a flat-rate. 
Standard: $9.95
Express: $12.00

We currently don't ship internationally, however, please contact us if you are located in another country and are wanting to purchase.

Delays due to COVID-19: Currently some of our courier services do experience delays at times when areas are affected by boarder closures. We do not take responsibility for this, however, we are here to help. Please contact us via email if you have any questions in relation to delays with your parcel. Please visit the Australia Post website here for their current shipping times.

Please note that it is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Salty South does not take any responsibility for incorrectly entered shipping details. 

We don't take responsibility for lost parcels, however, we will do our best to assist you with this. Please always check address details prior to checking out, or sending return packages back to us.
